Job summary

Paint of WNY is seeking an experienced Masonry Foreman to lead crews on masonry projects in Western New York. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of masonry experience, strong leadership skills, and be capable of managing jobsite operations effectively.

You will supervise masonry crews, ensure quality workmanship and safety, and communicate with project managers. This position offers competitive pay, overtime opportunities, and a supportive work environment for advancement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of masonry experience with leadership or foreman experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of brick, block, stone, and restoration techniques.
• Ability to read construction plans and specifications.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions.

Paint of WNY is seeking an experienced Masonry Foreman to lead crews on residential and commercial masonry projects. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with strong masonry skills, jobsite management experience, and a commitment to quality workmanship and safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead masonry crews on daily jobsite operations
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
• Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment to maintain project schedules
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards
• Train and mentor crew members
• Communicate with project managers, customers, and subcontractors
• Perform masonry work as needed, including brick, block, stone, and restoration projects

Qualifications

• 5+ years of masonry experience with leadership or foreman experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of brick, block, stone, and restoration techniques
• Ability to read construction plans and specifications
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
