Job description

We are seeking a skilled Mason Supervisor to lead a team of masons in various construction projects in Las Vegas USA.

As a Mason Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of masonry work including planning, organising and supervising the construction process.

This is a full-time job with a salary of 1500$ along with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of masons in completing masonry projects on time and within budget
• Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout and design of structures
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
• Order materials and oversee their delivery to the construction site
• Train new team members on proper masonry techniques and safety procedures
• Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
• Collaborate with other construction professionals such as architects engineers and contractors

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mason Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
• In-depth knowledge of different types of bricks stones and other materials used in masonry work
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Preference will be given to Indian nationals for this position. Fluency in English is not required.
