Evolve Egress in Cleveland, OH is seeking skilled mason workers to install glass block windows on residential projects across Northern Ohio. The role involves loading the box truck, removing old windows, and installing pre-fabricated blocks with full mortar joints.

Training is provided; experience in tuckpointing, brick, block, concrete or remodeling is valued; ability to lift 70+ lbs and work outdoors year-round is required; drivers license preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Load your assigned box truck at the shop and drive to the job.
• Remove existing window with hand tools and install glass block with mortar joints.
• Install dryer vent sleeves where applicable and perform tuckpointing as needed.
• Walk the customer through the finished work and ensure satisfaction.
• Clean up, photograph the site, and submit closeout paperwork.

$23-$33/hr based on experience. Most start at $23–$28; master masons earn the top of the band. Full-time, year-round, weekly pay, 401(k) match, PTO, paid holidays, paid training.

We install glass block windows for homeowners across Northern Ohio. Real masonry — full-perimeter mortar joints, tuckpointing on adjacent brick, clean finished work the customer is proud of. Most days you run 1–2 residential jobs out of a company box truck, mostly independent after training.

Best fit: someone with masonry, tuckpointing, brick, block, concrete, or remodeling experience. Glass block experience is a plus, not a requirement. We train.

A typical day: load your assigned box truck at the shop, drive to the job, remove the existing window with hand tools, install the pre-fabricated glass block with full-perimeter mortar joints, install dryer vent sleeves where applicable, perform tuckpointing on adjacent masonry as needed, walk the customer through the finished work, clean up, photograph, submit closeout paperwork.
