Qualifications

• Maryland real estate license required.
• Minimum two years of practical real estate experience.
• Knowledge of Maryland real estate laws and practices.
• Experience hosting Zoom sessions with breakout rooms and engagement features.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present.
• Proficient with PowerPoint and classroom/online instruction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-license, post-license, and continuing education courses in Maryland.
• Prepare lesson plans and instructional materials; lead in-person or online sessions.
• Evaluate student performance and administer exams.
• Maintain class records to ensure state compliance.
• Provide licensing information and answer student questions.
• Create a professional learning environment for in-person or virtual classes.
• Stay up-to-date with Maryland real estate laws and practices.
• Ensure compliance with record-keeping and certification requirements.
• Communicate scheduling or operational concerns to the school office.
