Julius Silvert is hiring a Delivery Driver to join our growing team.

Job Location: Capitol Heights, MD 20743

Schedule: Day shift, Home Daily, Weekend Availability

Salary: $250 per day

Responsibilities

• Perform daily pre-trip and safety inspections on equipment
• Unload products from trucks by utilizing hand carts and placing them in designated customer areas
• Transport products down ramps, stairs, or docks in all weather conditions
• Handle products with care when delivering
• Keep company trucks in good condition
• Operate vehicles in a variety of traffic and weather conditions
• Represent the Julius Silvert brand by providing friendly and professional customer service

Qualifications

• Valid and in good standing driver's license - CDL A or B
• At least 2 years of experience operating 26' box trucks for delivery
• Experience utilizing a hand truck
• Clean driving record
• Flexible with working hours
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background check and a DOT physical & 10-panel drug screen)
• Ability to lift 50lbs
