Job summary

The ideal candidate will translate data into actionable insights, develop scalable dashboards, and diagnose reporting issues while working with cross-functional teams to drive growth and improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in digital analytics, web analytics, marketing analytics, or marketing technology (MarTech).
• Hands-on experience with GA4 and/or Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, and/or Adobe CJA.

Responsibilities

• Analytics & Measurement: support reporting and YoY analysis of sessions, leads, and conversions.
• Dashboarding & Reporting: build and optimize dashboards; deliver executive and analyst views.
• Marketing & CRO Analysis: analyze funnels, user journeys, and site behavior to identify optimization opportunities.
• Martech & Data Engineering: support AEP implementation, data validation, and data pipeline troubleshooting.
