Lightheart Mental Health in Edmonds, WA, part of Transformations Care Network, seeks a Marriage and Family Therapist to provide outpatient therapy to children, couples, and families. You will work in a collaborative team, develop treatment plans, and support clients toward healthier outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy, Mental Health Therapy, or Social Work.
• Experience with couples, families, and children; licensure as required by state.
• Committed to ongoing professional development and ethical practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient therapy to children, couples, and families.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorization forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff to deliver holistic care.
