Job summary

Tommy Bahama in Winter Park, FL is hiring to bring the island life to guests with warm, attentive service and a scratch-kitchen mindset. You’ll help create a welcoming, safe, and upbeat environment that makes every guest feel at home.

As part of our team, you’ll mentor new staff, model respect and teamwork, and support daily operations to ensure excellent guest experiences across full-time shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to provide warm, guest-focused service.
• Experience mentoring or leading a team is a plus.
• Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

REQUIREMENTS

• Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
• Bending/stooping/kneeling required - frequently
• Routine standing for duration of shift
• Safely Maneuvering the following types of equipment or machinery: Hand cart, blenders, knives, slices, wine keys and other tools provided to complete work
• Scheduled shifts determined by business needs
