Job summary

Planet Group seeks an experienced Business Analyst to lead onboarding lifecycle initiatives within Markets Operations Excellence. You will partner with Risk, Technology, and Operations to design process maps, reduce manual touchpoints, and strengthen controls for client onboarding and account setup.

The role demands 8+ years in financial services and a solid grasp of risk management, with a focus on end-to-end integration and data. Onsite work in Boston four days weekly is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Financial or Asset Services as a business analyst.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Technology, or an equivalent field.
• Strong understanding of risk management, controls, and control design frameworks.
• Knowledge of institutional marketplace, asset classes, and investment products.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned initiatives, managing scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Collaborate with Technology, Risk, Operations, and front office teams for delivery.
• Elicit and document business requirements and map end-to-end processes.
• Define KPIs and track program status and milestones.
• Manage Jira backlog and ensure comprehensive test plans and UAT.
