The Role

At UGG, we believe in creating immersive, consumer-first brand experiences that inspire and connect with our audience. As we build our Marketplace Experience team in North America, we are looking for passionate brand ambassadors who will bring our marketplace strategy to life across wholesale, direct-to-consumer (DTC), and brand experiences.

The Marketplace Experience Representative is responsible for ensuring UGG is positioned as a best-in-class brand within their respective city, delivering elevated consumer experiences across all physical brand touchpoints. They act as the eyes and ears of the marketplace, gathering key intelligence, driving local engagement, and ensuring our retail partners and brand spaces reflect the UGG brand ethos.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

Bringing the Marketplace Strategy to Life:

  • Execute the UGG brands Marketplace Experience strategy within their city, ensuring consistency and excellence across wholesale, DTC, and experiential touchpoints (how we show up).
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying the brands values and ensuring premium consumer experiences across all physical spaces and brand initiatives.
  • Identify local opportunities to enhance the brand’s presence and provide input on localized marketing activations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ideate, plan, and execute consumer experiences that drive brand engagement.

Retail & Wholesale Support:

  • Conduct in-store trainings for key wholesale partners, ensuring sales associates are immersed in UGG brands story, product knowledge, and consumer experience expectations.
  • Build relationships with retail partners to ensure UGG is prioritized in visual presentation, storytelling, and consumer interactions.
  • Ensure that in-store merchandising, displays, and brand messaging align with UGG’s premium positioning.
  • Support internal UGG team with setup for critical brand milestones such as Sales Meeting, trade shows and seasonal showroom setups.

Marketplace Intelligence & Field Reporting:

  • Lead field intelligence efforts, gathering and reporting real-time insights on:
    • Retail performance and consumer engagement within key stores.
    • Competitor activations, trends, and best practices within the local market.
    • Shifting consumer behaviors that can inform future marketing strategies.
  • Provide detailed end-of-project recaps to share learnings and identify opportunities for future enhancements.
  • Act as a bridge between the field and the corporate team, ensuring insights inform broader marketing strategies and retail initiatives.

Consumer Experiences & Localized Marketing:

  • Support the execution of localized brand activations, events, and partnerships that deepen UGG’s connection to the community.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure on-the-ground execution of brand experiences, from store events to influencer activations.
  • Identify and engage with local tastemakers, cultural influencers, and community leaders to amplify brand presence.

$68,640/year

The salary posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in Los Angeles, CA. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
