The Role

As part of UGG, we aim to create immersive, consumer-first brand experiences that inspire and connect. We are building our Marketplace Experience team in North America and seek passionate brand ambassadors to bring our strategy to life across wholesale, direct-to-consumer (DTC), and brand experiences.

The Marketplace Experience Representative is responsible for positioning UGG as a best-in-class brand within their city, delivering elevated consumer experiences at all physical touchpoints. They act as the eyes and ears of the marketplace, gathering intelligence, driving local engagement, and ensuring our retail partners and brand spaces reflect UGG's ethos.

This role is ideal for someone deeply connected to their local market, thriving in a dynamic, customer-facing environment, and passionate about brand storytelling, retail, and experiential marketing.

Your Impact

The primary functions include, but are not limited to:

Bringing the Marketplace Strategy to Life

• Execute UGG’s Marketplace Experience strategy within your city, ensuring consistency and excellence across all touchpoints.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying brand values and ensuring premium consumer experiences.
• Identify local opportunities to enhance brand presence and provide input on localized marketing activations.
• Collaborate with teams to plan and execute consumer experiences that drive engagement.

Retail & Wholesale Support

• Conduct in-store trainings for wholesale partners on UGG brand story, products, and experience expectations.
• Build relationships with retail partners to prioritize UGG in visual presentation and storytelling.
• Ensure in-store merchandising aligns with UGG’s premium positioning.
• Support internal teams with setup for brand milestones such as sales meetings and trade shows.

Marketplace Intelligence & Field Reporting

• Gather and report real-time insights on retail performance, consumer engagement, competitor activities, and market trends.
• Provide end-of-project recaps and share learnings for future improvements.
• Act as a bridge between field insights and broader marketing strategies.

Consumer Experiences & Localized Marketing

• Support localized brand activations, events, and partnerships to deepen community connections.
• Ensure on-the-ground execution of brand experiences, including store events and influencer activations.
• Engage with local tastemakers and community leaders to amplify brand presence.
