Job Description:

The role is a new, critical hire for TCSi. They will play a pivotal role as visionary, strategist, and a member of the strategic corporate development team. They will work in close partnership with the rest of the leadership team that has been built to advise the CMO practice on how to optimize their marketing through the use of technology. Will act as a bridge between the CIO and the CMO disciplines, but will stand as the CMOs tech advisor. This role is for the marketing advisory practice at TCSi. This is effectively a new market and a new customer for TCS, and will play a critical leading role in what is effectively a two sided value proposition – first, and internal setting the TCSi point of view on the current best practice and future of marketing technology and second, an external role in evangelizing and advising our clients and prospects on this POV.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide C-Suite clients advisory services on technology, tech partnerships and tech organization design.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the business objectives and industry trends.
  3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners, industry influencers, and stakeholders to enhance the firm's visibility in the USA market.
  4. Function as a thought leader and spokesperson for the firm, in interviews, panels, and public speaking engagements for an industry audience.
  5. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in pursuit of our focus industries and accounts.
  6. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats.
  7. Stay abreast of regulatory and compliance considerations relevant to marketing technology in the global markets.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field. Master's Degree (Preferred): An MBA or a master's in technology management or a related field.

Work Experience: 15+ years of experience in IT and technology roles, with a minimum of 5-10 years in a senior leadership position. Global Experience: Proven experience managing technology functions across multiple countries and regions. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the specific industry the company operates in (e.g., finance, healthcare, manufacturing).

  1. Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and execute long-term technology strategies aligned with business goals.
  2. Consulting and advising: Experience with C Suite and VP level consulting on technology, tech partnerships, and tech organization design.
  3. Leadership: Strong leadership and team-building skills with experience managing diverse, cross-functional teams.
  4. Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of current and emerging technologies, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, and software development.
  5. Project Management: Experience overseeing large-scale technology projects and initiatives.
  6. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  7. Financial Acumen: Experience managing technology budgets and optimizing IT investments.
  8. Technical Proficiency: Software Development, Infrastructure Management, Cybersecurity, Cloud Technologies.

Salary Range: $270,400-$325,000 a year
