Job summary

Summit Wash Holdings in CT-based remote role is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Support Specialist to assist the marketing team and fleet account program. This part-time position (~20 hours/week) supports marketing systems, digital presence management, reputation efforts, and fleet onboarding.

You will work with cross-functional teams to set up accounts, update websites, manage SKUs and promo codes, and help coordinate projects while maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain SKUs, promotional codes, and marketing-related system entries.
• Set up and manage Google Business Profiles for new and existing locations.
• Monitor and assist with online reputation management, including review tracking and response coordination.
• Perform routine website updates, including content changes, promotions, location information, and basic page edits.
• Assist with marketing project coordination and administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation across marketing platforms and systems.
• Support new location openings, promotions, and marketing initiatives as needed.
• Assist with the onboarding and setup of fleet accounts, including Lead Intake.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Marketing Support Specialist to support our marketing team and fleet account program. This part-time position (approximately 20 hours per week) is ideal for someone who enjoys managing processes, coordinating projects, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple marketing initiatives.

The Marketing Operations Specialist will play a key role in supporting marketing systems, digital presence management, reputation management efforts, and fleet account onboarding. This position works closely with the marketing team and cross-functional departments to ensure projects and accounts are set up accurately and efficiently.

Hourly Range
