Job summary

Avem Health Partners seeks a Head of Marketing to lead day-to-day marketing activities and define the long-term strategy for brand recognition across the organization. You will manage all marketing efforts, develop and coordinate campaigns, oversee the marketing budget, produce marketing materials, enhance online presence, and partner with design agencies to support launches and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or related field.
• Strong creative outlook.
• Understanding of public relations.
• Advanced communication skills.
• Advanced skills with social media and online presence.
• Valid driver's license.
• Three (3) to five (5) years experience in marketing campaign, marketing strategy and marketing planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead all marketing activities for the company.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans.

• Create and publish all marketing material in line with plans.

• Work with design agencies and assist with launches.
• Maintain internal communications of marketing objectives.
• Analyze potential partner relationships for marketing.
• Lead social media, PR, and online presence.
• Review current marketing trends to determine effectiveness.
• Translate analytics into actionable insights for executives.
