Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support planning and execution of marketing programs across channels. You will contribute to campaigns, content initiatives, and cross-functional projects that grow brand awareness, generate leads, and engage our target audiences.

The role focuses on developing and executing campaigns across digital, email, social, and events, coordinating with teams and partners to ensure timely delivery while tracking performance and insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or technology environment.
• Solid understanding of core marketing disciplines including digital, content, and email marketing.
• Experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns from planning through execution.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and coordinating marketing content including blog posts, social copy, email copy, and presentations.
• Manage project timelines and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure on-time delivery.

• Maintain marketing asset libraries and ensure materials are up to date and on brand.
