RPS Solar Pumps in Woodland, CA is seeking a Sun Titan Marketing Specialist to own day-to-day marketing across web, email, social, and paid campaigns. This is a first marketing hire, so you’ll build the program from the ground up and influence channel plans, attribution, and budget.

You’ll partner with sales, product, and partnerships to turn leads into real pipeline, measure ROI, and craft content using tools like Canva or Adobe CS.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of hands-on marketing experience.
• Experience running digital advertising campaigns independently.
• Own a website’s content, performance, and analytics.
• Experience handling email and social day-to-day.
• Familiar with Canva or Adobe CS for content creation.
• ABM experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day marketing across web, email, social, and paid campaigns, translating strategy into plans.
• Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns to drive leads and sales.
• Own website content, performance, and analytics.
• Manage Sun Titan’s social media presence and content calendar.
• Build and report on campaign performance and ROI.
• Coordinate with brand partnerships on co-branded campaigns.
• Manage digital spend and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product to align campaigns with buying behavior.
• Partner with Business Development to generate qualified leads.
• Be hands-on across channels and content creation.
