Job summary

Bruns Construction is seeking a Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing initiatives that raise brand awareness and engage our audience. You will lead social media strategy, create compelling photo and video content, and showcase our people and construction projects across multiple platforms.

The role requires strong photography/videography, graphic design, and Adobe Creative Suite skills, plus ability to travel between offices and job sites.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of marketing, advertising, social media, and brand development.

• Strong photography, videography, and editing skills.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
• Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, and major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
• Willingness to learn Google Ads and monitor marketing performance.
• A drone license is not required but must be obtained during employment.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to analyze marketing results and make recommendations.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Creative, self-motivated, and innovative approach to marketing.
• Minimum of one year of professional marketing/advertising/communications experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
