Job summary

Coffman Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our collaborative team in delivering high-quality proposals and supporting business development.

You will coordinate marketing materials, manage data, and engage with clients while supporting internal and external communications. The ideal candidate has a strong marketing background with 3-5 years in marketing or proposal coordination, and proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of marketing or proposal coordination experience, preferably in the AEC industry.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating proposals, presentations, marketing materials, and business development activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat.

The Marketing Specialist at Coffman Engineers plays a key role in supporting business development and marketing efforts through proposal coordination, content management, client engagement activities, and special event support. This position serves as a trusted resource for developing and producing high-quality proposals, managing marketing data and resources, supporting client relationship initiatives, and coordinating internal and external communications.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in marketing and business development, with knowledge of industry concepts, strategies, and best practices. They are organized, efficient, and collaborative, with experience managing proposals, maintaining data integrity, and balancing multiple priorities while contributing to the firm's growth and client success. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
