Job description

Vintage Air | San Antonio, TX | On-Site (NO RELO)

Join a Brand Built for the Automotive Enthusiast

Vintage Air is looking for a creative, organized, hands‑on Marketing Specialist who enjoys turning ideas, products, and technical information into marketing that connects with customers.

This is an individual contributor role for someone who likes to create, coordinate, and execute. You’ll work across digital, social, email, video, photography, print, product launches, promotions, and industry events, helping ensure the Vintage Air brand is represented consistently and effectively across every channel.

You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Product Development, Engineering, Operations, and management to learn our products, understand our customers, and turn established marketing priorities into engaging, high-quality content and campaigns.

If you enjoy the combination of creative marketing, automotive products, digital content, and hands‑on execution, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

As our Marketing Specialist, you’ll play an active role in the day-to-day execution of Vintage Air’s marketing efforts.

  • Create, edit, coordinate, and publish content across our website, e-commerce platform, social media, email, digital advertising, video, photography, and print.
  • Keep website and e-commerce content accurate, engaging, and up to date, including product information, images, promotional messaging, and other marketing materials.
  • Maintain the marketing and content calendar based on established priorities, product launches, promotions, events, and campaigns.
  • Support new product launches by coordinating content, photography, video, website updates, email communications, sales materials, and other marketing deliverables.
  • Work with Product Development, Engineering, Sales, and other teams to gather accurate technical information and turn it into clear, customer‑friendly messaging.
  • Develop and maintain brochures, catalogs, advertisements, product literature, signage, promotional materials, and other marketing collateral.
  • Support marketing communications for distributors, installers, dealers, OEM and builder customers, and direct‑to‑consumer audiences.
  • Coordinate assigned marketing projects with internal teams and external vendors, including photographers, videographers, printers, agencies, and other service providers.
  • Help prepare for and support automotive trade shows, customer visits, enthusiast activities, and industry events, including SEMA, HRIA, and regional events.
  • Monitor website, email, social media, advertising, and campaign performance, prepare routine reports, and share observations or recommendations with management.
  • Conduct basic customer, competitor, and market research to support marketing projects and identify potential content or promotional opportunities.
  • Maintain organized photography, video, digital assets, brand materials, and other marketing resources.
  • Help ensure marketing materials and communications consistently follow approved brand standards and messaging.
What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who combines creativity with strong execution and organization.

You should bring:

  • 3+ years of hands‑on marketing experience.
  • Experience creating and coordinating marketing content across multiple channels, such as website, social media, email, digital advertising, video, photography, or print.
  • Strong writing, editing, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience supporting digital marketing activities, including website content, social media, email marketing, or digital campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, content‑management systems, and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong project‑coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to brand consistency.
  • The ability to review basic marketing and campaign data and communicate observations or recommendations.
  • The ability to work independently on assigned projects while collaborating effectively with other departments and external partners.
  • The willingness and ability to learn technical product information.
Even Better If You Have
  • Experience in the automotive or automotive aftermarket industry.
  • Experience working with technical, engineered, or performance‑driven products.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or durable‑goods environment.
  • Experience supporting new product launches, trade shows, promotions, or customer events.
  • Photography, video production, graphic‑content, or creative asset experience.
  • Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms, SEO, paid digital advertising, email marketing, or social‑media analytics.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A genuine interest in cars, performance, customization, or the automotive enthusiast community.
Who Will Thrive In This Role

You’re someone who enjoys doing the work and seeing the finished product.

One day, you may be working with Engineering to gather information for a new product announcement. The next, you could be updating website content, preparing an email campaign, coordinating photography, developing social media content, or getting marketing materials ready for an upcoming automotive event.

You don’t need to be the person setting the company’s overall marketing strategy. You do need to be someone who can take an established direction and turn it into polished, effective marketing.

You’re organized enough to keep multiple projects moving, creative enough to make the content engaging, detail‑oriented enough to protect the brand, and curious enough to learn the products you’re marketing.

What To Expect
  • Work on‑site in San Antonio, Texas.
  • This position may require some travel to shows and events, while the majority of work is performed onsite at the primary work location.
  • Occasional evening or weekend work related to events, launches, deadlines, or other business needs.
  • Exposure to both office and manufacturing/warehouse environments.
  • A hands‑on role where you’ll work with teams across the organization and see the marketing you create go directly into the marketplace.
