  • Maintain and update corporate and property websites to ensure content is accurate, current, visually consistent, and user-friendly.
  • Design digital and print marketing materials, including flyers, signage, advertisements, event materials, and resident-facing communications.
  • Maintain VPG's visual brand standards across marketing materials, social media, websites, proposals, presentations, and other communications.
  • Utilize Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Microsoft Office, and other approved tools to create professional marketing content and materials.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather content, photography, project updates, property information, and other materials needed for marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners on website updates, creative projects, marketing materials, and other related services.
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of company meetings, events, and employee engagement initiatives, including communications, materials, vendors, and day-of logistics.
  • Maintain organized marketing templates, design files, photography, digital assets, and other marketing resources.
  • Manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines while maintaining accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.

  • Perform all other assigned duties as required.
Requirements:
