State Farm Agent office in Sterling Heights, MI is seeking an energetic team member to help build and develop customer relationships and promote auto, home and life insurance. You will gain hands-on experience in an agent's office with potential to become a State Farm agent yourself.

This is a full-time role with base salary plus commission/bonus, growth potential within the agency, and licensing requirements to obtain all necessary credentials.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in any setting is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and people skills are essential.

Position Overview

As a member of our agency team, you have an opportunity to experience first-hand what it takes to be a State Farm Agent. You will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance. This position will allow you to experience working in an agent's office and to explore the opportunity to become a State Farm agent yourself.
