Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Marketing or related field.
• Junior or Senior year at the start of the upcoming term.
• Knowledge of AI tools and technologies and ability to apply them to support business objectives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within the region to support field activities and dealership engagement.
• GPA of 3.0 or above; transcripts may be requested during the application process.
• Ability to perform work onsite in Aurora, IL.

Responsibilities

• Support regional sales operations initiatives and assist with activities that drive business performance.
• Help develop and implement innovative marketing tactics and promotional opportunities across the region.
• Travel with field team members to gain firsthand exposure to dealership operations and retail automotive practices.
• Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with internal projects, regional meetings, events, and large group functions that support business objectives.
