This role involves supporting marketing campaigns and sales initiatives, engaging with customers at events and in-person activations, and representing client brands in a professional and enthusiastic manner. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing product and service knowledge, communicating value propositions, assisting in the execution of promotional strategies, and tracking key performance metrics. The associate collaborates with team members to optimize outreach, participates in training and coaching sessions, and contributes to a positive, growth-oriented workplace culture.

Marketing Associate Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers, teammates, and clients.
• Proven Customer Service abilities, with a focus on building rapport, understanding needs, and ensuring positive brand experiences.
• Sales and Sales & Marketing skills, including prospecting, presenting offerings, overcoming objections, and supporting campaign execution.
• Experience with Training, either receiving or providing coaching, and a willingness to learn new techniques and tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Cincinnati, OH, with a flexible, team-oriented mindset and reliable time management.
• Goal-driven attitude, comfort working in fast-paced environments, and openness to feedback for continuous improvement.
