All Weather Seal of West Michigan is seeking Marketing Representatives to promote our award-winning home improvement brand at retail partner locations, community events, home shows, and trade shows. You’ll engage homeowners, generate qualified leads, and help grow Michigan’s leading home improvement company.

No sales experience is required; training, support, and career path are provided, along with flexible full-time and part-time options and a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent All Weather Seal at retail stores, home shows, trade shows, festivals, and community events.
• Greeting and engage homeowners in a friendly, professional manner.
• Educating customers about our windows, bathroom remodeling, and roofing services.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule free in-home consultations.
• Collect and accurately enter customer information into company systems.
• Maintain an organized, attractive, and inviting booth or display area.
• Achieve individual and team lead generation goals.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings.

As a Retail & Events Marketing Representative, you'll be the face of our company—engaging homeowners, generating qualified leads, and helping to grow one of Michigan's leading home improvement companies. What You'll Do
