Olsson in Dallas is seeking a Proposal Assistant to support marketing professionals in developing proposals and marketing materials. This role requires collaboration with technical teams to enhance Olsson's brand.

As a Proposal Assistant, you will support marketing professionals as they partner with technical teams to position the firm to win work and strengthen Olsson’s brand with public and private agencies.
You will contribute to marketing efforts across water, transportation, community infrastructure, and private development, translating technical knowledge into proposal, qualification, and positioning materials that align with client expectations and firm standards.
You will be part of a collaborative marketing team that values shared ownership, clear communication, and flexibility as priorities shift. You will contribute to a range of marketing activities by following established processes and best practices.
