Job summary

Balfour Beatty US is seeking a Marketing Project Lead in Atlanta to support business development, project delivery, and client engagement through compelling narratives and winning proposals.

You will translate complex construction strategies into clear messaging for projects ranging from $10 million to $500 million, with strong growth potential and exposure to high-value, marquee work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of marketing or graphic design experience.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field.
• Proven experience using Adobe InDesign to create and manage marketing collateral.
• Demonstrated consultative approach with leaders and stakeholders.
• Experience producing RFQs/RFPs and proposals with strong copy and layout.
• Experience creating marketing collateral across formats and with strong editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production of RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, and award submissions, including research, writing, layout, and design.
• Develop persuasive, client-focused proposal content that requires minimal revision.
• Maintain and manage marketing assets such as project fact sheets, resumes, client testimonials, and databases.
• Review, proofread, and quality-check proposals and marketing materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and impact.
• Provide creative and project coordination support, including graphics development, event coordination, and vendor management.
• Represent the company professionally at industry events and association activities.
• Contribute to press releases, newsletters, and other internal and external communications.
