Job summary

Stanislaus Food Products, a family-owned company known for Italian-style tomatoes and sauces, seeks a Marketing Program/Operations Manager to lead cross‑functional marketing initiatives and oversee fulfillment operations at the Modesto office.

The role requires strategic project management, supplier/vendor coordination, and the ability to drive on‑brand, high‑quality results across customer mailings, tradeshows, events, and collateral development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Project Management or similar field.
• Minimum 6 years of project management experience.
• Minimum 2 years prior experience managing a team.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• 2 years experience with project planning and project management software tools.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot, and Outlook.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of customer mailings from creative handoff through production and delivery.
• Lead planning and execution of tradeshows, serving as the operational lead.
• Plan and execute customer events end‑to‑end including venue selection and vendors.
• Develop, refine, order, and print marketing materials in collaboration with Marketing and Creative teams.
• Manage inventory and updates of existing materials with Fulfillment team.
• Develop and lead project timelines, schedules, and dependencies.
• Manage, coach and develop the team.
• Provide regular project updates and risk assessments.
