Qualifications

• 3+ years in program management or operations.
• Advanced Excel skills: formulas, sorting/filtering, pivot tables, lookups.
• Experience with business intelligence databases.
• Strong research and information-gathering abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and update Excel spreadsheets, trackers, reports, and databases.
• Research companies, organizations, government agencies, contracts, and opportunities using intelligence databases.
• Collect, verify, organize, and analyze information from multiple sources.
• Track registrations, certifications, contracts, renewals, deadlines, and prospects.
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and management reports.
• Identify discrepancies, data quality issues, and gaps in information.
• Support administrative and operational projects as needed.
• Coordinate marketing program meetings, prepare agenda, and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.

Marketing Programs and Operations Assistant

Netchannels Marketing is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented program management and operations assistant to support our growing team with data management, research, reporting, and day-to-day operational coordination.

The ideal candidate is proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with intelligence, research, and business databases to gather, organize, analyze, and maintain information. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys turning information into organized, actionable data and can work independently while supporting multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and update Excel spreadsheets, trackers, reports, and databases
• Research companies, organizations, government agencies, contracts, and other business opportunities using intelligence and research databases
• Collect, verify, organize, and analyze information from multiple sources
• Track registrations, certifications, contracts, renewals, deadlines, prospects, and other operational data
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and management reports
• Identify discrepancies, missing information, and data-quality issues
• Support administrative and operational projects as needed
• Maintain strict attention to detail and confidentiality
• Manage marketing program: coordinate meetings, prepare agenda, develop reports, and communicate back to all stakeholders

Ideal Candidate

• 3+ year experience, Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, or Administration
• Excel skills including formulas, sorting/filtering, pivot tables, lookups, and reporting
• Experience using business intelligence, research, government, or proprietary databases
• Comfortable learning new software platforms – IT efficient
• Strong internet research and information-gathering skills, comfortable using AI for research
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to quickly learn new software, databases, and systems
• Experience with government contracting, SAM.gov, GSA, federal/state procurement databases, or business intelligence platforms is a strong plus.
