The administrator will execute marketing plans, produce compelling content, manage social campaigns, and collaborate with directors to promote education and development initiatives.
Arts Lancaster (formerly the Lancaster County Council of the Arts), a non-profit founded in 1977, is instrumental in empowering the arts to reach people where they are. This administrative professional is responsible for forwarding the educational, economic and social mission of the arts in our community via marketing and promotion strategies (branding, social media, graphic design, website updates, etc.), assisting the Education Director with program execution including functional components of community programs and projects, and assisting Development Director and Executive Director with public relations opportunities and initiatives.
