Red Rover is seeking an organized, proactive Marketing Associate to support the execution, coordination, and day-to-day operations of our growing marketing organization. Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, business, customer-facing roles, events, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail, proven project management skills preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Strong follow-through and reliability
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple teams
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and SharePoint/OneDrive
• Experience with Canva, HubSpot, or similar marketing platforms and tools is a plus
• Interest in SaaS, education technology, or B2B marketing environments preferred
• Ability to travel 15-20% to attend department summits, company events, and regional/sales events

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across programs
• Coordinate email campaigns, webinars, timelines, and asset coordination with cross-functional teams
• Help ensure campaigns stay organized, on schedule, and aligned with sales
• Coordinate projects and day-to-day marketing initiatives across sales, SDR, and marketing teams
• Support project timelines, meeting prep, action item tracking, and communications
• Plan and execute webinars, conferences, customer events, and regional marketing programs
• Publish and maintain marketing content library and sales resources
• Assist with campaign performance reporting, budget tracking, and operations
• Pursue professional growth across demand generation, product marketing, brand, and operations
