Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or commercial operations environments.
  • Demonstrated success leading projects and managing budgets, vendors, events, or business processes.
  • Experience supporting tactical execution within brand marketing, field teams, or commercial functions.
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP, Concur, Veeva, Smartsheet, or similar platforms preferred.
  • High attention to detail, strong ownership mindset, and sound professional judgment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead core program functions for the Marketing organization including events, assets, governance processes, status communications, and Sales tools.
  • Create scalable tools, templates, and workflows that improve execution quality, visibility, and accountability.
  • Support onboarding readiness, team communications, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Independently manage assigned commercial tactics and programs from planning through execution, including timelines, stakeholder alignment, vendor coordination, and post-program assessment.
  • Support development and deployment of sales and marketing materials, internal communications, and field enablement resources in partnership with brand leads.
  • Own selected omnichannel, meeting, or engagement tactics to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery against business objectives.
  • Triage sponsorship submissions process, speaker program logistics, and advisory board planning to ensure seamless processes and efficient execution.
  • Manage purchase orders, invoice processing, budget trackers, accrual support, and reconciliation in partnership with Finance.
  • Coordinate vendor onboarding, statements of work, contracting workflows, and payment processes.
  • Monitor partner deliverables, timelines, and service levels to ensure strong external execution.
  • Lead operational execution for congresses, advisory boards, speaker programs, training meetings, and internal events.
  • Manage HCP engagement logistics including contracts, travel, honoraria, attendee management, and required documentation.
  • Administer sponsorship opportunities, submissions, fulfillment, and closeout activities.
  • Track progress of key initiatives and provide clear status updates, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, enhance scalability, and improve commercial effectiveness through smarter ways of working.

Job Description

The Marketing Program Manager is a strategic execution role within the U.S. Commercial organization that combines operational leadership, tactical ownership, and cross-functional enablement. This position is responsible for driving efficient execution of key business priorities while directly owning selected commercial initiatives, programs, and processes that accelerate brand performance. The role serves as a central connector across Marketing, Sales, Compliance, Finance, Legal, and external partners—ensuring plans translate into action with speed, discipline, and quality. The successful candidate brings strong business acumen, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to independently lead projects in a dynamic growth environment.

The base compensation range for this role is $100-125K. Base Compensation is influenced by many factors including, but not limited to: time in the role, previous experience, skills, knowledge, performance, work requirements, internal equity, and business / economic conditions.

Summary of Key Responsibilities
