Pride Mobility Products®/Quantum Rehab® in Duryea, PA seeks a Marketing Operations & Production Manager to oversee end-to-end production for in-house marketing initiatives across print, digital, video, and photography.

You will lead a marketing team, manage timelines and briefs, coordinate with stakeholders, and deliver high-quality campaigns on schedule while mentoring staff and driving workflow improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing or related field.
• 5+ years in project or production management within a marketing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor direct reports while managing overall marketing workflow.
• Oversee intake, prioritization, and execution of all marketing projects from concept through delivery.
• Clarify project requirements and make informed decisions when information is incomplete.
• Adjust timelines and priorities to meet business needs while maintaining quality.
• Define project requirements, create briefs, scopes, and objectives with stakeholders.
• Maintain and update the annual marketing calendar.
• Lead weekly creative project check-in meetings with design, web, and digital teams.
• Serve as main communication contact between internal departments.
• Communicate progress and obstacles to ensure timelines are met.
• Assign, train, and develop staff aligned to goals.
• Develop goals and measure outcomes for area responsibilities.
• Collaborate on post-project analysis to identify improvements.
