Job summary

Kaizo Health is seeking a Marketing & Outreach Intern to support referral development with medical practices and personal injury law firms. This field-based internship provides hands-on experience in healthcare marketing, business development, and professional outreach in the Rockville, MD area.

You will conduct in-field outreach to medical offices and law firms, build relationships with staff and physicians, and track referral trends for marketing insights.

Qualifications

• Comfortable initiating conversations in professional office settings.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Professional, reliable, and able to represent the brand independently.
• Interest in healthcare, marketing, business development, or law.
• Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Health Administration, Kinesiology, Pre-Law, or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided).

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person outreach to medical offices and law firms within the service area.
• Deliver informational materials, clinical research, and referral resources.
• Build professional relationships with office staff, physicians, and attorneys.
• Research and identify high-potential referral partners (orthopedists, PCPs, personal injury attorneys).
• Track outreach activity and referral trends to support marketing analysis.

The Role

Kaizo Health is seeking a Marketing & Outreach Intern to support referral development with medical practices and personal injury law firms. This is a field-based internship designed for students or recent graduates seeking hands-on experience in healthcare marketing, business development, and professional outreach.

Position Overview

• Paid at minimum wage , with performance-based bonus opportunities
• 5–10 hours per week
• In-field, face-to-face outreach to medical offices and personal injury law firms. We have multiple positions that would conduct the outreach near Landover, MD, Rockville, MD, and/or Fort Washington, MD.
