Job summary

Black Mast Marketing is seeking a Part-Time Marketing Operator to support client work and the company’s growth. This remote role offers about 20 hours per week, with compensation ranging $22–$25 per hour.

You’ll help sharpen positioning, build campaigns, and execute marketing assets while thriving in a small, fast-moving team. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of marketing experience, strong writing skills, and experience with offers, funnels, ads, and landing pages.

We’re looking for a part-time marketer who can help with both sides of the business: client work and Black Mast Marketing’s own growth.

What You’ll Do

Client Work

• Help sharpen client positioning, offers, pricing, and messaging


• Build and improve campaigns, funnels, landing pages, ads, and follow-up systems


• Turn strategy into actual marketing assets that can be launched and tested


• Review what is already in place and identify what needs to be fixed

Black Mast Marketing Growth

• Help create and improve our own marketing campaigns


• Support lead generation, content, outreach, and offer testing


• Help position Black Mast as a serious option for managed IT providers, law firms, CPAs, and similar companies


• Bring ideas, but also help execute them

Who We’re Looking For
