Are you a detail\-oriented professional with a passion for optimizing marketing performance? We’re looking for an Operations Specialist to join our innovative team at Orion180. In this role, you will help scale and streamline our marketing efforts by managing marketing projects, process improvement, and improving cross\-functional collaboration. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our marketing engine runs smoothly, efficiently, and with measurable impact.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 3 years in marketing operations or related roles within high‑growth or tech‑enabled environments.
The office environment is fast‑paced and collaborative. An employee must be willing and able to work their regularly assigned work schedule onsite, and in times of need, be able to work an extended schedule depending on company or departmental needs, project requirements, or customer demands.
