Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone of the marketing organization, coordinating day-to-day operations, budgets, vendor management, and process improvement to support enterprise priorities.

The role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and partners with marketing leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality marketing, communications, and patient engagement initiatives across the health system.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in marketing operations or related field.
• Experience managing budgets, invoices, contracts, and vendor relationships.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects in a complex organization.
• Experience developing and improving operational processes and workflows.
• Healthcare, agency, or large enterprise experience preferred (2+ years).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain operational processes for the marketing department.
• Manage departmental budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding, contract administration, renewals, and compliance.
• Support intake, prioritization, and capacity planning across marketing teams.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and communications for stakeholders.
