Associated Bank is offering a 12-week internship in Milwaukee within the Marketing Technology and Operations team. You will gain hands-on experience in marketing execution and project management while exploring potential career paths at the bank.

You will work with mentors across the organization, participate in workshops and networking events, and learn to use Adobe Workfront and other workflow systems in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree student status at internship start date.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Interest in marketing execution and project management.
• Ability to learn Adobe Workfront and other workflow systems.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured corporate internship programming, including orientation, workshops, networking events, research projects, and professional development activities.
• Support the Marketing Technology and Operations team with marketing execution and project management activities.
• Coordinate marketing projects by gathering project details, entering work into workflow systems, and helping move projects from kickoff through completion.
• Route marketing materials for stakeholder and compliance review and consolidate feedback throughout the approval process.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to address conflicting feedback, communicate project needs, and help resolve roadblocks.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, approvals, and deliverables to help keep marketing work accurate and on schedule.
• Learn and use Adobe Workfront and other workflow systems to support marketing operations and project execution.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines, and complete additional duties as assigned.
