Job summary

International Diamond Center is seeking an entry-level Marketing Assistant Coordinator to support the marketing team with daily administrative, digital, and operational tasks across multiple locations. This role provides hands-on exposure to marketing coordination and store operations.

You will assist with marketing materials, website updates, reporting, travel coordination, and promotional logistics, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 02 years of marketing, administrative, or internship experience preferred.
• Google Analytics and SEO experience highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and followup skills.
• Experience with travel arrangements is a plus.
• Self-starter with strong time management skills.
• Photo editing and design software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with marketing materials, campaigns, and online presence updates.
• Collaborate with the Web Designer to maintain website inventory.
• Perform basic photo editing or design updates as needed.
• Respond to customer reviews using established guidelines.
• Update business information and store hours on Google and Apple platforms.
• Manage shared marketing folders and digital assets.
