Job summary

Dodge Construction Network is seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Operations Analyst to enable data-driven decision making across demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and digital performance. You’ll partner with marketing, sales, and IT to optimize processes powering campaigns, attribution, and scalable growth. This is a full-time, remote role reporting to the Sr.

Director, Revenue Operations & Analytics. Preference for Eastern Time, with flexibility for other zones to work ET hours.

Job description

Dodge Construction Network (Dodge) is looking for a strategic and hands‑on Marketing Operations Analyst to unlock data‑driven decision making. This role is critical to enabling efficient campaign execution, accurate attribution, and scalable growth.

You’ll collaborate across marketing, sales, and IT to analyze and optimize the processes that power our demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and digital performance.

This is a full‑time position and reports directly to the Sr. Director, Revenue Operations & Analytics

Preferred Location

• This is a remote, home-office based role and candidates located in the continental United States will be considered
• For this position, there is a preference to hire in the Eastern Time zone, however candidates in other time zones willing to work Eastern time zone hours would also be considered

Travel Requirements

Expected travel is 10% for this role.

Essential Functions

• Partner with stakeholders across marketing and sales to ensure clean data, accurate tracking, and alignment across systems
• Build dashboards and reporting to support marketing analytics by ensuring data integrity and visibility across platforms
• Develop and document processes, workflows, and governance standards for campaign execution and lead management
• Collaborate with demand gen and lifecycle teams to enable perfect lead routing, segmentation, scoring models, and A/B testing
• Monitor and report on platform performance, system errors, and integration gaps—owning troubleshooting and QA

Education Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and work experience.

Required Experience, Knowledge and Skills

• 4+ years in marketing operations, marketing technology, or related roles
• Hands‑on experience with:Pardot (or Account Engagement) for marketing automation, nurture flows, and lead lifecycle tracking and WordPress for website updates, plugin management, and performance optimization
• Proficiency in WordPress CMS, Salesforce Pardot, GA4, GTM, Unbounce, Ongage, Event Brite, ON24, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Hive
• Familiarity with tagging, tracking, UTM frameworks, and working with Google Tag Manager and GA4
• Experience supporting lead routing & scoring, lifecycle management, attribution modeling, and campaign analytics
• Strong technical aptitude and project management skills—comfortable translating marketing needs into system solutions
• Clear communicator with the ability to partner cross‑functionally and train others on tool usage

Preferred Experience, Knowledge and Skills

• Hands‑on proficiency working in Salesforce with an intuitive understanding of standard & custom objects, reports, dashboards, list views, and their reporting schema
• Strong Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and basic modeling
• Experience building or maintaining dashboards in a Business Intelligence tool (Tableau, QuickSight, or similar)
• Previous experience with prompt engineering Large Language Models (LLMs) for data-driven analysis
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong documentation habits
• Comfortable fielding requests from multiple stakeholders and prioritizing competing day‑to‑day demands

Dodge Construction Network’s compensation and rewards package for full time roles includes a market competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and, for applicable roles, uncapped variable incentive plans or an annual discretionary performance bonus.
