Denver, CO | Hybrid — 2–3 days in office
We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Analyst who loves making things work better.
You’ll own the systems, automation and data that power our marketing engine — from HubSpot workflows and lead nurturing to campaign data, integrations, reporting and data quality.
This is a hands‑on role within our RevOps team, working closely with Marketing and Sales to make sure the entire customer journey runs smoothly from first touch through to sales handoff.
If you’re someone who gets genuinely excited about a well‑built workflow, clean CRM data and figuring out why something isn’t quite working - you’ll probably love this role.
$90,000–$110,000 + benefits
What you’ll own
Marketing Automation & HubSpot
- Build and optimise HubSpot workflows, nurture journeys, newsletters, lifecycle automation and re‑engagement campaigns.
- Own the marketing‑side lifecycle journey and ensure leads move smoothly from marketing into Sales.
- Build segmentation and audiences across email, paid and lifecycle campaigns.
- Keep HubSpot data structured, reliable and ready for accurate reporting.
- Manage contact hygiene, including deduplication, list management, unengaged contacts and contact tiers.
- Help maintain and evolve our marketing technology stack, including HubSpot, Clay, Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn.
- Support server‑side tracking and consent management, working alongside Marketing and RevOps leadership.
- Help ensure our marketing operations scale as we grow into new markets.
Data, Reporting & Governance
- Own marketing data standards across HubSpot and work closely with our Sales Operations Analyst to keep the wider CRM aligned.
- Run regular data quality audits and proactively identify issues before they become bigger problems.
- Maintain and improve marketing dashboards and reporting.
- Help ensure we can confidently understand MQLs, campaign performance, attribution and funnel conversion.
Process & Documentation
- Create clear, practical SOPs that make complex processes easy for the wider GTM team to follow.
- Maintain documentation around HubSpot fields, properties, lists, workflows and segmentation.
- Keep processes and documentation up to date as our systems evolve.
Sales + Marketing Collaboration
You’ll sit at the intersection of Marketing, Sales and RevOps, helping both teams work better together.
- Act as a go‑to operational partner for Marketing and Sales.
- Troubleshoot issues such as lead routing, contact data and automation failures.
- Help distinguish between quick fixes and larger process or system improvements.
- Support SDR and Sales teams with marketing operations queries where needed.
- Work closely with the Head of RevOps and Sales Operations Analyst to keep our GTM engine connected end to end.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone with 3–5 years’ experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations or CRM administration, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong hands‑on experience with HubSpot, particularly Marketing Hub, workflows, lists, properties, lifecycle stages and reporting.
- A genuine interest in systems, automation and data — you like understanding how things work, not just using them.
- Experience working across the Marketing/Sales boundary and understanding how the two functions need to connect.
- Strong data hygiene and CRM administration experience.
- The ability to turn complicated processes into clear, easy‑to‑follow documentation.
- Experience auditing data and identifying opportunities to improve processes.
- A collaborative, proactive approach and the confidence to work with stakeholders across the business.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment without needing someone to tell you what to do next.
Bonus points if you have experience with
- HubSpot Operations Hub or custom objects
- Clay
- Webflow
- Google Tag Manager or Stape
- Cookiebot or OneTrust
- Meta, Google or LinkedIn advertising platforms
- Marketing attribution
- Inbound + SDR‑led outbound GTM models
- HubSpot certifications
- GDPR and CCPA
- Supporting both Sales and Marketing from a central RevOps function
Why this role?
This isn’t a role where you’ll simply be maintaining someone else’s processes.
You’ll have the opportunity to shape how our marketing engine works, improve the systems behind our growth and have a direct impact on how Marketing and Sales operate together.
You’ll work closely with the Head of RevOps and Marketing leadership, giving you visibility across the wider GTM organisation and plenty of opportunity to grow your scope as the business scales.
