Job summary

Aramark Corporation in Charlottesville, VA is seeking an on-site Field Marketing Manager II to support client brands through product innovation, merchandising and promotions. The role acts as a liaison between Aramark's Marketing team and client locations to meet client and consumer needs while upholding Aramark standards.

Responsibilities include marketing research, strategic planning, campaign execution, RFP support, events, and building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 3 years of product, marketing and/or merchandising experience.
• Requires people management experience for at least 2-3 direct reports.
• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or marketing.
• A proven ability to increase sales and measure ROI on program implementation.
• Demonstrates proactive, creative and strategic growth thinking.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and client interaction skills.
• Ability to utilize social media and MS Office to accomplish tasks.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle.

• Conducts Marketing Research and Data collection: Focus groups, surveying, campus mapping, trend development/research, competitive pricing analysis.
• Strategic Planning, Innovation and Creativity: Develop Marketing Plans; new strategies and tactics for promoting existing or new locations to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
• Sales Support: Develop and execute annual campaigns, including oral and written presentations, to various target groups. Support Business Development with RFP responses, sales presentations and CBRS.
• Marketing: Coordinate special events, promotions, marketing collateral, media interaction, public relations, website updates, social media marketing.
• Build Relationships with clients, organization department heads and subgroups/community groups.

Job Description

The on-site Field Marketing Manager II is responsible for supporting Aramark's clients with product innovation, merchandising and promotions. This role serves as a liaison between Aramark's Marketing team and client's account locations, ensuring that client and consumers' needs are met, while adhering to Aramark standards.

COMPENSATION: The Salaried rate for this position is $50,000.00 to $85,000.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
