FirstService Residential is seeking a Midwest Marketing Manager to oversee marketing strategies for Illinois and Minnesota. You'll manage integrated marketing plans, develop key stakeholder relationships, and execute impactful events. Experience in property management marketing is highly preferred.
In this hybrid position, you will collaborate with the Director of Marketing to ensure alignment with business development efforts. Full benefits and compensation between $85,000 - $90,000 annually are offered.
As the Midwest Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading local execution of the integrated marketing plan, local pursuit and client event planning, and building relationships with key stakeholders across Illinois and Minnesota. You will collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing and the business development team to drive alignment between the teams and in partnership with the lead generation team, deliver engagement to drive growth. This is a pivotal role to drive brand and growth marketing and have a lasting impact in the Midwest.
This hybrid position may report to our corporate offices in either Chicago, IL; Hoffman Estates, IL; or Bloomington, MN. This role requires occasional travel to the respective markets, with additional travel as needed.
