Job summary

Eurofins PSS Insourcing Solutions is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead digital transformation, content strategy, and demand generation on a global scale. You will own end-to-end website evolution across country sites, optimize SEO, manage campaigns, and collaborate with global teams to reinforce the Eurofins brand and drive measurable growth.

The role requires 5+ years in B2B professional services marketing, strong written and verbal communication, and experience with insourcing/recruiting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years B2B professional services marketing experience.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with excellent time management.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end transition of our website and country sites.
• Define site architecture, taxonomy, and content strategy.
• Write and optimize SEO-driven web content and metadata.
• Design and build pages in Umbraco CMS (v13).
• Manage redirects, analytics, and post-launch optimization.
• Partner with global teams on campaign URL updates and site governance.
• Support launch and hypercare phase troubleshooting.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital & traditional).
• Own content strategy across web, blogs, and social media.
• Create compelling sales and promotional collateral.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies.
• Support conferences, trade shows, and brand promotions.
• Work cross-functionally with global marketing and leadership teams.
• Align campaigns with corporate branding and messaging.
• Partner with country site owners to scale content internationally.
• Contribute to a strong, consistent global brand identity for Eurofins PSS

The ideal candidate:

• Bachelor’s degreein Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 5 years ofbusiness-to-businessprofessional servicesmarketingexperience

• Proficient communication skills(both verbal and written)
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills
• Creative mindset
• Experiencewithand/or knowledge ofan insourcing model and/or recruiting services
• Knowledge ofand/or experience working in the life sciences industry
• Knowledge of MS CRM

Additional Information

The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.- 5 p.m., with overtime as needed.
