Job summary

AbbVie is seeking an HCP marketing professional to support the development and execution of marketing initiatives for the Multiple Myeloma portfolio. You will work with Marketing Directors and cross-functional partners to implement plans, gather customer insights, and drive brand growth across channels.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Sales, with a focus on analytics, materials development, and lifecycle activities within oncology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; business, marketing, science, healthcare, or related field preferred.
• 1+ years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or related commercial experience.
• Hematology experience preferred; Multiple Myeloma experience is a plus.
• Experience supporting marketing, sales, commercial operations, or related business functions within healthcare or life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of HCP marketing tactics and promotional initiatives aligned with brand strategy and business objectives.
• Collaborate with Marketing Directors and cross-functional team members to implement marketing plans and support key brand initiatives.
• Assist in the development, review, and execution of HCP promotional materials across digital, print, personal, and non-personal channels.
• Coordinate with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, Market Access, Sales, and agency partners to support the timely execution of marketing projects and materials.
• Gather and synthesize customer insights from field teams, market research, advisory boards, and competitive intelligence to inform marketing recommendations.
• Support congress planning and execution activities, speaker programs, peer-to-peer initiatives, and other HCP engagement efforts.
• Monitor promotional program performance and analyze customer engagement metrics, market trends, and competitive activities.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and agency deliverables for assigned marketing initiatives.
• Participate in annual planning, tactical planning, and brand review processes by providing data, insights, and executional support.
• Support product launch readiness activities and ongoing lifecycle management initiatives within the Multiple Myeloma franchise.
• Build strong collaborative relationships across internal teams and contribute to a culture of teamwork, innovation, and operational excellence.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with agency partners and external vendors is a plus.
• Oncology experience preferred.
