Perry Street Software, the publisher of Growlr, Scruff, and Jack'd, is hiring a marketing partnership specialist for a 100% remote, global team. You will coordinate events across the U.S.

and Canada with some travel, activate brand experiences, and explore partnerships including TV sponsorships and influencer campaigns. You’ll collaborate with a worldwide marketing team to expand Growlr’s presence in North America, researching opportunities and negotiating partnerships to drive engagement and

Job Description

This is a remote position.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and coordinate event partnerships across the U.S. and Canada, both remotely and on-site (some travel required).
  
• Manage event activations, ensuring smooth execution and creative brand representation.
  
• Explore and manage non-event partnerships, including TV sponsorships, original content, charity, or sports collaborations.
  
• Research and recommend paid digital marketing opportunities.
  
• Collaborate with the global marketing team to develop new and creative strategies to grow Growlr’s brand presence in North America.
  
• Help research, negotiate, and manage social media influencer partnerships.
  

Requirements

Who you are

• Experienced in events, nightlife, or community marketing.
  
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  
• Deeply engaged with LGBTQ+ culture and current queer trends.
  
• Creative thinker with a strong point of view and an eye for unexpected, authentic ideas.
  
• Highly organized and dependable, with a proven track record of managing projects independently.
  
• Skilled at problem-solving in real-time during live events or partnerships.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Collaborative team player who is also self-motivated and resourceful.
  
• Strong research and sourcing abilities (e.g., locating vendors for branded materials, assessing production methods, pricing, and delivery logistics).
  
• Friendly, professional, and outgoing — a confident brand ambassador for Growlr.
