Reports To: COOFLSA Status: ExemptPosition SummaryThe Marketing Manager is responsible for promoting Rockingham Cooperative's products, services, and brand across all business divisions. This role develops marketing campaigns, manages advertising and social media, supports retail locations, and helps grow sales while strengthening relationships with members, customers, and the communities we serve.Essential ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement marketing campaigns that support the Cooperative's business goals.Promote products and services for Agronomy, Retail Stores, Feed, and other business units.Manage the Cooperative's website, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.Create marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, newsletters, advertisements, and promotional items.Ensure consistent branding across all locations.Coordinate community events, sponsorships, trade shows, and customer appreciation events.Work with managers to develop promotions and seasonal marketing campaigns.Monitor marketing performance and recommend improvements.Manage relationships with advertising agencies, printers, and other vendors.Maintain the annual marketing budget.Other Duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.Three to five years of marketing experience.Experience with social media, digital marketing, and website management.Strong communication and organizational skills.Agricultural, retail, or cooperative experience preferred.Knowledge & SkillsMarketing and brandingSocial media and digital advertisingGraphic design and content creationEvent planningMicrosoft OfficeStrong writing and communication skillsCustomer-focused with excellent organizational skillsWorking ConditionsWork is performed primarily in an office environment with regular travel to Rockingham Cooperative locations.Occasional evening and weekend hours may be required for community events, trade shows, and promotional activities.Frequent use of computers, phone, and other standard office equipment.Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds of marketing materials, displays, and event supplies.Requires a valid driver's license and the ability to travel between Cooperative locations and attend off-site meetings and events.Must be able to work in both office and outdoor environments during promotional events and agricultural activities, with exposure to varying weather conditions.Salary Range $60,000-$90,000
