Job summary

D&D HOME REMODELING, a family-owned design-build residential remodeling company in California, is seeking a Marketing Manager to elevate our brand among homeowners planning renovations. You will drive qualified remodeling leads, strengthen our digital presence, and ensure messaging reflects the quality of our work and the needs of the clients we serve.

In collaboration with sales and design teams, you will manage campaigns, content creation, and ROI analysis, shaping local marketing efforts

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing experience in home services or residential remodeling.
• Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, paid social campaigns, and optimizing local lead generation.
• Strong analytical ability, including ROI tracking and lead conversion metrics.
• Experience creating short-form video content for Reels, using CapCut, and uploading Stories across social platforms.
• Strong content planning and project coordination skills across creative and sales teams.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
