Job description

Description
Marketing Manager

Optimum Human + Southwest Women's Oncology | Albuquerque, New Mexico

Why This Role Matters

Every patient who finds us, every client who chooses us, every person who opens an email, clicks an ad, or walks through the door because of something we put in front of them - that starts with marketing that works.

Across a growing multi-entity platform that spans gynecologic oncology, performance medicine, aesthetics, recovery, and human optimization, the Marketing Manager is the person who keeps campaigns moving, channels performing, and the brand showing up consistently across every touchpoint.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can develop strategy and execute it—managing digital campaigns, coordinating content, tracking performance, and collaborating with clinical and operational teams to drive real growth. We hire for attitude and aptitude above all else. Credentials matter, but who you are and how you grow matter more.

Who We Are

Southwest Women's Oncology (SWWO) is New Mexico’s leading gynecologic oncology practice, delivering advanced cancer care with skill, courage, and compassion.

Optimum Human and Optimum Infusion extend that mission into performance medicine, infusion services, longevity, recovery, hormone optimization, medical weight loss, peptide therapies, hyperbaric medicine, aesthetics, and human performance.

Together, we operate as a single integrated platform committed to one mission:

To deliver new possibilities in medical care, human performance, and health by uniting passion, knowledge, and skill.

The Opportunity

The Marketing Manager will develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and in-person channels, driving brand visibility, lead generation, and conversion across the Optimum platform.

You will work closely with:

  • The Office of the CEO on marketing initiatives.

You bring creative problem-solving, digital fluency, and the organizational discipline to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously without losing focus on what's moving the needle.

What You'll Own
Campaign Development & Execution
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, social, and in-person channels aligned with brand goals and audience needs.
  • Coordinate campaign elements across internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing assets.
  • Contribute to brand messaging and content development across platforms, maintaining consistency and quality.
Digital Marketing & Performance
  • Manage online ad campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, optimizing for performance and budget efficiency.
  • Coordinate content calendars for social media and execute email marketing campaigns using automation tools.
  • Monitor and optimize digital campaign performance using Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, and social media insights.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators, adjusting tactics as needed to meet acquisition and conversion objectives.
Lead Generation & Collaboration
  • Collaborate with sales and clinical staff to support lead generation, nurture strategies, and patient retention initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign performance and market data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
Community, Events & Brand Visibility
  • Help coordinate community events, PR efforts, and partnerships to increase brand visibility and community presence.
  • Maintain adherence to healthcare industry standards, HIPAA requirements, and ethical guidelines in all marketing activities.
  • Support ongoing project management and creative development across the marketing team.
What Success Looks Like

First 90 Days

  • Full orientation to active campaigns, platforms, content calendars, and brand standards completed.
  • Digital campaigns actively managed and performance reporting established.
  • Strong working relationships built with the Office of the CEO.

First 6 Months

  • Integrated campaigns running across digital, social, and in-person channels with measurable performance improvements.
  • Lead generation and conversion initiatives contributing to patient and client acquisition across priority service lines.

  • Measurable improvement in campaign performance, brand visibility, and marketing ROI.
  • Consistently embodying the Optimum Standard.
Who Thrives Here

  • You take ownership rather than waiting for direction.
  • You believe details matter.
  • You enjoy solving problems and seek continuous improvement.
  • You care deeply about patients and their families.
  • You value teamwork and accountability equally.
  • You're coachable, curious, and committed to mastery.
