• Plan and execute local marketing and networking activities that raise brand awareness and generate leads, representing the agency at community events using a company provided vehicle.
• Conduct outbound marketing calls to prospective clients as a key lead generation strategy.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with referral partners and key centers of influence within the community, ensuring timely and meaningful follow‑up to foster collaboration.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to generate and qualify leads for licensed sales staff.
