Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Summer Analyst for the Marketing Leadership Development Program (MLDP). You will participate in a rigorous 9-week introduction to our Full-time Program, building foundational knowledge, professional skills and experiences within the Marketing Organization.

Throughout the summer, you’ll gain access to training opportunities, mentorship, and a strong support network aimed at developing your personal brand and marketing acumen.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a B.A., B.S. or 5th year M.A. or M.S. with an expected graduation date of December 2027 through June 2028
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated interest in Marketing as depicted by relevant course work, prior roles, or leadership in a school or community organization
• Ability to thrive and manage multiple projects in a collaborative fast-paced and ever-changing environment
• Strong understanding of customer needs and preferences to effectively tailor marketing strategies
• Ability to think creatively in order to develop innovative marketing strategies and engaging content, with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to analyze large amounts of data and information to understand market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance
• Strong research skills with the ability to conduct marketing research and gather insights about competitors, target audiences, and industry trends
• Familiarity with using generative AI to support marketing tasks such as research, content development, and insights, with an awareness of data accuracy, ethical use, and the role of human judgment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including content creation, coordination, and tracking deliverables.
• Analyze basic performance metrics and customer trends to support team insights and improve marketing outcomes.
• Partner with team members, stakeholders, to contribute to projects while building foundational marketing and professional skills.
• Support marketing projects by using AI and new technologies to research trends, draft content, and brainstorm campaign ideas, while building an understanding of how technology improves insights and storytelling.
